The apartment is located in Weinbergsweg in 10119 Berlin - a prime location right between the districts Berlin Mitte and Prenzlauer Berg - just around the corner of Rosenthaler Platz. A very lively area with sidewalk cafés, restaurants, bars, galleries, museums, small boutiques and the lovely Weinbergspark.

The newly renovated loft-like apartment is located on the 1st floor in the garden house of a turn of the century building, 70 sq meters big, on two levels, with high Prussian vaulted ceilings. It has French windows to the calm and green court yard, new oak wood floors, a balcony and WiFi. It is fully furnished and equipped with a couple of nice artworks of the painters Pontus Carle und Edmund Völz, original contemporary photographs and a selection of works of international illustrators.

The large living room has French windows and offers a big table for dining and/ or working and a lounge area with a comfortable sofa and chairs and a flat screen TV.

The open kitchen space is fully equipped with oven, fridge, dishwasher, espresso machine, water boiler, toaster and blender all of high quality German brands. The upstairs sleeping room has a comfortable king size bed (180x200cm), a large wardrobe, cosy armchairs and also French windows. The bathroom is furnished with a WC, bath tub and a washing machine.

The apartment resides in a very lively area with sidewalk cafés, restaurants, bars, small clothing boutiques, record and magazine stores, organic supermarkets, late-night shops and the lovely Weinbergspark. By foot you can easily reach the center of Berlin, Hackescher Markt, many museums, Torstrasse, Auguststrasse with its galleries, Kastanienallee and much more. Bike rentals are close by. The neighbourhood is very safe, international and diverse.

The Tram station and U-Bahn station Rosenthaler Platz are right in front of the building. The M1 line leads directly to Hackescher Markt, Friedrichstrasse and Museums Island. The U8 line takes only two stations to Alexanderplatz. Just around the corner stops the M8 line which goes directly to Berlin’s central railway station. From the nearby taxi stand a cab to International Tegel Airport (TXL) takes 15 minutes and to Schoenefeld Airport (SXF) 25 minutes.

The apartment is available for 1 or 2 persons. The rent is Euro 1.500,00 per month with a minimum stay of 3 months. The rent includes electricity, heating, water bills and high-speed internet. Linen and towels are provided. Please note: no smoking inside the apartment, no pets, no party location.
